establishing the list of sectors of employment which include activities dependent on the season. Pursuant to Section 96(5) of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 222/2017 Coll:
§ 1
This Decree transposes the relevant European Unionregulation1) and regulates the list of sectors of employment which include seasonally dependent activities.
§ 2
Sections of economic activities according to the Classification of Economic Activities (CZ-NACE)2 ) marked with the code and title
(a) 01 Crop and animal production, hunting and related activities,
(b) 02 Forestry and logging,
(c) 41 Construction of buildings,
(d) 42 Civil engineering,
(e) 43 Specialised construction activities,
(f) 55 Accommodation,
(g) 56 Catering and hospitality,
(h) 71 Architectural and engineering activities; technical testing and analysis,
(i) 93 Sports, amusement and recreation activities.
